A very clever and incredibly useful bit of kit. In a nutshell it’s a Gore-Tex bag that you put your sleeping bag into. You then have a waterproof and breathable outer shell to sleep in, that’s warmer, and dryer, but breathes. Military personal often just use this instead of a sleeping bag, to cut down on weight. I’ve used mine under a shelter to sleep in and it performed brilliantly. A superb and very sought after bit of kit.
