Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated by weight. We use Royal Mail for orders under 1Kg and Courier Service for items over 1 Kg.
The couriers we use are DHL, Fedex, HDNL, Parcelforce and City Link.

Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally, however, we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should we not be able to deliver your order within 5 working days, we will e-mail you, to let you know.

If you require an item urgently then please contact us and we will try and make arrangements to suit.

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.

If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirming that they're on their way. You will also be provided with a tracking code so you can track your order with the relevant courier.

International Orders

We currently can only dispatch orders through our website to the UK, however if you wish your order to be shipped outside the UK then please contact us and we can make arrangements to accommodate.
