Shipping & Delivery

Our primary shipping method is Royal Mail, where we use the Royal Mail Tracked® Service. This service is a 1 - 3 day service. Royal Mail do aim to deliver next day, but this is not guaranteed. We will at times use other courier services if we feel we can supply a better service to our customers.

UK DELIVERY

Royal Mail Tracked Standard: £3.99  - A fixed price up to 15Kg (2 to 3 day service)

Royal Mail Tracked Next Day: £6.99 - A fixed price up to 15Kg (1 day service)

All orders are tracked and a tracking code will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Your order will need to be signed for on delivery. If you are not in, then Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. If you require us to resend the package then additional postage charges will apply. If you wish to cancel your order, then simple contact us via email or in writing.

We aim to dispatch your order the same day. Occasionally, however, this may not be possible and we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. From time to time we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should we experience any problems with your order or are unable to deliver within 5 working days we will contact you.

If you require an item urgently then please contact us and we will make arrangements to suit.

Shipping is via Royal Mail Airmail Service and determined by weight.
