These boots are narrow in width. The length was just too short for my size.
An alternative to more popular brands of a similar style of boot. It is a lightweight boot. The leather appeared to be a standard width but became soft which provided me with reasonable ankle support whilst crossing rough terrain with a heavy load. Waterproof crossing boggy ground, could be higher up the ankle for crossing deep streams and better support. I would not use them for prolonged use in this environment.
Ideal for policing or private security use in urban and rural countryside, would be tested in mountainous terrain.

Normally wear scarpas, but i thought id give these ago. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable they are. For the price these are a good walking boot. (Posted on 22/06/2011)
